Summary: This study employs a rapid tandem mass-spectrometry method for determining water content in complex organic solutions, with a focus on trace-water analysis. Water is captured using a charge-labeled molecular probe, which selectively binds to the strongly electrophilic aldehyde site. This method allows for quantitative determinations over a wide concentration range with high accuracy and short analysis times.

Summary: The study compared the effectiveness of whole-head parallel design and split-head paired design in assessing product differences in anti-dandruff shampoos, finding similar results in TWHS AF differences between the two designs. The split-head paired design showed a similar ability to detect product differences as the whole-head parallel design, but is considered more efficient and cost-effective.

Summary: The study discussed an effective methodology for the quantitative preparation of copper (II) complexes using SiO(2) as a catalyst, which reduced reaction time and increased yield. The complexes were characterized using spectral, analytical, and conformational methods, and the octahedral configuration for Cu (II) complexes was proposed. DFT theory was utilized to predict optimized atomic skeletons, and biological activity measurements were conducted. Association and stability constants of ligands and copper (II) compounds at various temperatures were also calculated.

Summary: Potentiometric titration via K2Cr2O7 was used to quantitatively determine microorganism reduced tetravalent uranium (U(IV)) for the first time. The appropriate determination range of U(IV) and biomass was confirmed, and U(IV) induced by bioreduction in three microorganisms was determined. This method accurately reflects the quantity of U(IV) in microorganisms and can improve our understanding of the bioreduction behavior of uranium in the environment.
