Summary: Interval numbers multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) is a crucial field in uncertainty decision theory, where the choice of aggregation operator greatly impacts the decision outcome. This paper analyzes the ordered weighted average (OWA) operator and its extensions, and proposes the interval numbers BON-OWA (IBr,q-OWA) operator to handle vague decision information. By examining properties and special aggregation operators, the effectiveness of the IBr,q-OWA operator in making decisions is highlighted, showcasing its scientific approach in practical examples.

Summary: This paper proposes an R-numbers Dynamic Multi-Attribute Group Decision-Making (DMAGDM) method, which accurately captures risks. It introduces the properties of the R-numbers Einstein Weighted Averaging (RNEWA) operator and R-numbers Weighted Einstein Geometric (RNEWG) operator. Additionally, the paper constructs an expert weight determination model and an attribute weight determination model, and builds static and dynamic rating calculation models. The applicability and effectiveness of the R-numbers DMAGDM method are demonstrated through a case study on supply chain risk assessment of manufacturing enterprises.

Summary: In this paper, a weighted averaging operator of linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (LIVIFNs) based on Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is proposed for solving cognitively inspired decision-making problems. The developed operational rules of LIVIFNs are proven to be always invariant and persistent, and the constructed aggregation operator is proven to be always monotone. The effectiveness and advantage of the presented method are demonstrated through quantitative comparisons with several existing methods.

Summary: This article introduces a new representation model called ELICIT, which aims to improve the interpretability and accuracy of Computing with Words (CW) processes. An aggregation operator ELICIT-t1-OWA is proposed to deal with ELICIT information, using trapezoidal fuzzy representations to simplify the CW processes. The properties of the ELICIT-t1-OWA operator are studied, and a method to handle its weights and arguments is provided using fuzzy numbers. Finally, a decision-making model is developed to handle ELICIT information and demonstrate its effectiveness.
