Summary: In recent years, the prevalence of online teaching activities due to communicable disease epidemics has increased. However, there is a technical challenge on how to effectively evaluate teaching effectiveness. Therefore, this paper proposes a data-driven smart evaluation framework for teaching effect based on fuzzy comprehensive analysis. The framework collects timely business data from online courses, including teacher performance, teaching contents, and student feedback, and utilizes fuzzy comprehensive analysis to calculate evaluation results. Simulation experiments conducted on a developed Web platform demonstrate that the proposed framework can effectively evaluate teaching effect.

Summary: Association rule mining is widely used to extract hidden operation patterns from building operational data, but most of the generated rules are not useful. An analysis of over 100,000 association rules from a chiller plant reveals that useful rules are related to faults, control strategies, abnormal and normal operation patterns, but they only make up a small percentage. Common statistics indexes are ineffective in distinguishing between useful and useless association rules.

Summary: The evaluation of flotation reagents plays a crucial role in the selection and eco-friendly application of reagents. Various methods, such as data literature method, system analysis method, mathematical model method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method, were used to establish the green evaluation system, flotation effect evaluation system, and comprehensive evaluation system of flotation collectors. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) methods were applied to determine the weight of indicators and calculate the index system score. The established evaluation system was successfully applied in an example, demonstrating its comprehensive evaluation capabilities and practicality for collector evaluation.

Summary: This paper proposed a fuzzy evaluation-based energy-saving rating method for Bed and Breakfast (B&B), which determines energy-saving indexes, presents a weighting method, and proposes a rating method based on the principle of maximum membership. The method was demonstrated using a B&B case study in Anji, China, showing that it is more theoretical and provides a more reasonable and comprehensive rating result.

Summary: Multi-source FCE is a method that can be applied when factor sets of data sources have intersections. It aims to comprehensively evaluate an object based on the evaluation data from each data source, regardless of whether there are intersections or not. This method fuses the multi-source FCE problem into an FCE problem and obtains optimal weights by constructing an objective function to ensure theoretical rationality.

Summary: This study constructs an evaluation index system for the resilience of the green building supply chain and uses the interpretative structural model (ISM) to analyze the correlation between evaluation indexes. The ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the resilience of the green building supply chain. An empirical study on a green building project in Jiaozuo City is conducted, and the results show that the ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can objectively evaluate the resilience level of the green building supply chain and apply it to practical case analysis.
