In this work, a diffusion multiple consist of Ni-base superalloys with complex compositions rather than simple metals or compounds is introduce, to discover the new Ni-base polycrystalline superalloys in combination with high strength and microstructure stability. Additionally, machine learning based image recognition has been use to characterize the microstructure, especially the gamma' precipitates. The microhardness is also utilized to rank the mechanical properties of Ni-base superalloys with different compositions. Thus, the composition, microstructure, and property are integrated by the high throughput experiment to discover novel superalloys, which can also be applied to discover other alloys with complex chemical components.
