Summary: A study has identified an adenosine-to-inosine tRNA-editing deaminase, ADAT2, from amphioxus that can perform A-to-I editing of tRNA and convert C-to-U and A-to-I deamination of DNA when in complex with ADAT3. Furthermore, it suggests that ADAT2/3 is the only enzyme with both tRNA and DNA editing capabilities found in Metazoa.

A review found no solid prospective evidence to support the use of WLE as a routine approach for completely excised primary cutaneous melanoma. Two surveys found that high stress levels were experienced by professionals in acute situations, including multitasking, factors associated with the work environment, fear of losing control, and lack of sleep. The highest levels of stress were reported in the areas of work environment and work organization. Approximately 80% of healthcare workers had experienced emotionally stressful situations at work, and over 30% had lost a colleague to suicide.
