Summary: Abnormal expression of USP11 in colorectal cancer (CRC) is linked to tumor development and progression, with a potential involvement in tumorigenesis and development through interaction with IGF2BP3. USP11 overexpression may serve as a novel indicator for poor prognosis and a potential therapeutic target in CRC patients.

Summary: The study found that AOC1 expression significantly increased in CRC tissues, especially in liver metastases, and was associated with worse prognosis. AOC1 had higher expression in tumor organoids than in normal organoids, suggesting it was highly expressed in the tumor epithelium. Functional analysis demonstrated that AOC1 knockdown inhibited the proliferation and migration of CRC cells by inducing EMT. Xenograft tumor formation in nude mice showed that knockdown of AOC1 inhibited the tumor xenografts growth.

Summary: The study reveals that Fusobacterium nucleatum contributes to colorectal cancer (CRC) progression by reducing global m(6)A modifications through a YAP/FOXD3/METTL3/KIF26B axis. Fusobacterium nucleatum is closely associated with the development of CRC.

Summary: This study found that HMGB3 is highly expressed in colorectal cancer and is associated with patients' survival rate and immune infiltration. Knockdown of HMGB3 can downregulate proteins associated with colorectal cancer, suggesting that HMGB3 may serve as an important target for future colorectal cancer treatment.

Summary: The study explores the expression and mechanism of PCDH7 in cervical cancer and evaluates its clinical prognostic significance. PCDH7 is downregulated in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines, and its low expression is associated with a low survival rate. PCDH7 may be used as an independent prognostic factor for cervical cancer, impacting cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasion.

Summary: The study investigates the correlation between NCAPG and CRC prognosis, as well as its function in CRC cells. The overexpression of NCAPG is positively correlated with clinicopathologic characteristics and negatively correlated with disease-free survival and overall survival. Knockdown of NCAPG inhibits the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CRC cells, and interferes with G2/M-G1 transition in the cell cycle, leading to inhibited cell proliferation. NCAPG may serve as a candidate biomarker for CRC prognosis and a potential therapeutic target for CRC.

Summary: This study investigated the therapeutic effect of naringin on colorectal cancer (CRC) and the related mechanism. The results showed that naringin could inhibit cell proliferation and promote apoptosis of CRC cells, as well as suppress cell migration. In vivo experiments also demonstrated its inhibitory effect on tumor growth with good bio-compatibility.

Summary: RMI2 is upregulated in breast cancer tissues and is associated with cell adhesion, enzyme activities, and the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. High expression of RMI2 is correlated with poor prognosis in breast cancer, and it promotes the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cells through activation of the PI3K/AKT pathway.

Summary: SOX2OT is an up-regulated oncogene in CRC, promoting cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. It acts as a competing endogenous RNA to upregulate SOX5 by sponging miR-194-5p, thus affecting tumorgenesis of CRC.

Summary: In this study, it was found that the upregulation of ARRB2 in CRC was associated with patient survival, promoting cell growth and migration while inhibiting apoptosis. Suppression of ARRB2 expression attenuated CRC progression, demonstrating its role in regulating cancer pathways through WTAP expression.

Summary: RNA-binding proteins play a crucial role in regulating various pathways by binding to RNAs. IGF2BP3, a component of m6A binding proteins, is involved in decoding m6A marks and performing diverse biological functions. Abnormal expression of IGF2BP3 is often associated with poor prognosis in human cancers.

Summary: Colorectal cancer is a common and deadly form of cancer. The expression of CWH43 is reduced in colorectal cancer and is associated with poorer prognosis. Inhibition of CWH43 promotes cancer cell proliferation, migration, and invasiveness, while its overexpression has inhibitory effects. CWH43 appears to regulate the TTK-mediated cell cycle, impacting the development of colorectal cancer.

Summary: This study highlights the important role of heat shock 70 kDa protein 4 (HSPA4) in colorectal cancer (CRC), showing that HSPA4 promotes tumorigenesis in CRC by affecting proliferation, migration, and cell survival. The findings suggest that HSPA4 could serve as a significant prognostic indicator and a potential therapeutic target in CRC.
