Summary: This study investigates the impact of ecologically friendly innovation practices on the sustainable business performance of Malaysian technology companies, revealing that implementing an eco-organizational management system, updating operating processes, and developing eco-friendly products can significantly enhance economic and environmental performance. Additionally, market turbulence can strengthen the positive effect of eco-organizational innovation on social performance. The study's research model shows predictive power and capability for all endogenous constructs.

Summary: Employee engagement is a critical strategy for tourism and hospitality organizations to support their employees and overcome challenges. This study investigates the factors and effects of employee engagement, and identifies innovative behavior as a key mechanism linking organizational engagement culture and performance. The findings show that organizational empowerment, leadership, and collaboration atmosphere have a significant positive impact on employee engagement. Individual factors such as perception of rewards and recognition, distributive justice, and procedural justice also significantly affect engagement. Furthermore, the study confirms the mediation effect of organizational innovation culture on the relationship between employee engagement and performance. The research highlights the importance of enhancing employee engagement through empowering leadership and collaboration culture, as well as providing rewards, recognition, and justice, in order to improve organizational performance in the hospitality industry.

Summary: This paper explores the direct relationship between business ethics diffusion and innovation performance, as well as the mediating role of service innovation and the moderating role of knowledge-sharing. The study uses quantitative research methods and collects cross-sectional data from hotels and tourism firms. The results indicate a direct link between business ethics diffusion and innovation performance. Service innovation acts as a mediator between these two variables, while knowledge-sharing moderates their relationship significantly. Service innovation plays a crucial role in enhancing innovation capabilities in the hospitality and tourism industry. The findings also highlight the importance of knowledge-sharing in amplifying the effects of business ethics diffusion on innovation performance.

The results show direct positive effects of green strategies and eco-innovation on both sustainable and financial performance. Sustainable supply chains have a mediating effect on sustainable performance, but no significant direct effect on financial performance. However, supply chains indirectly affect financial performance through their influence on sustainable development.
