Summary: Using a group-based trajectory model, this study explored subgroups of Chinese primiparous women that share similar patterns of postpartum depression (PPD). The study found that around half of the Chinese new mothers fell into minor or major PPD status trajectories, which should receive more attention from health professionals and researchers. Having less support and not attending parenting training were identified as predictors of PPD trajectory membership. Regular screening for PPD should be conducted at least 12 weeks postpartum, especially for those in the major PPD status trajectory.

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the association between the use of fertility drugs and colorectal cancer in women with infertility. The results showed that most types of fertility drugs were not associated with colorectal cancer. However, certain drugs may decrease the risk of colorectal cancer and rectal cancer, but these findings may be related to underlying conditions in women or chance findings. Further large epidemiological studies are needed to confirm these results.
