The primary outcome is the change in BMI z-score, and secondary outcomes include waist circumference, dietary intake, physical activity, quality of life, and experiences.

Summary: The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of an eHealth intervention in improving child health behaviors and parental psychosocial attributes and feeding practices. A pilot randomized controlled trial was conducted among 73 parents with children aged 1-3 years. The intervention group received theory-based educational videos, cooking tutorials, and text messages for 8 weeks, while the control group received a booklet on general nutrition recommendations. The intervention group showed significant improvements in child's fruit and vegetable intake and reduction in screen time, as well as greater improvements in self-efficacy and comprehensive feeding practices compared to the control group.

Summary: The study found that a six-week family-based intervention was effective in improving psychosocial outcomes among low-income African-American mothers, with significant reductions in stress, depressive symptoms, and anxiety. Though observational assessments of children's prosocial behaviors did not change significantly, mothers reported improvements in their children's prosocial behaviors at home.

The model consists of five thematic areas and 25 quality components, and was found to have good internal consistency and acceptability. Summary: This study investigated the efficacy of an environmental enrichment (EE) intervention on patients with endometriosis through a randomized clinical trial. The results showed significant improvements in anxiety and depressive symptoms, quality of life, and perceived stress in the patients who received the EE intervention. This supports the use of enriched environments as an adjunct to standard care for endometriosis pain.
