Herein, we report a simple and effective way to prepare Mn-Ce mixed-oxide catalysts supported on carbon nanotubes for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3. The catalysts with amorphous structures all showed nearly 100% NO conversion at 120-180 degrees C with a space velocity of 30 000 h(-1).
