Tackling Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded Tumor Tissue with Next-Generation Sequencing

Most tumor samples available for clinical genotyping are formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded (FFPE), but there has been relatively little published on the suitability of such samples for next-generation sequencing approaches.
