Summary: This study explored the stress experiences and coping strategies among nurses taking care of people living with HIV in China. The main sources of stress included concerns about occupational exposure, heavy workload, mental health problems and risk behaviors of patients, and discrimination towards nurses caring for HIV patients. The negative impact of stress included problems with emotion regulation, somatic health and sleep, and work performance. Common coping strategies employed by nurses included using personality strengths, problem-solving, help-seeking, concealing and avoiding/suppression.

Summary: The factors influencing job satisfaction and burnout among nurses in Macao were studied, along with their associations with demographic characteristics. Age, highest education level, monthly income, type of working organization, and role were found to be associated with job satisfaction, while marital status was associated with burnout. Professional development opportunities and childcare support were identified as main reasons for job dissatisfaction, while coping strategies were the major issue for burnout. No significant correlation was found between job satisfaction and burnout.

These findings have important implications for policy and nursing practice, guiding future studies and development of burnout management strategies.

The results show that job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance are positively correlated, while burnout is negatively correlated with them. Summary: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of group-based acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) in treating depression for acute stroke patients. The results showed that ACT intervention significantly reduced depression symptoms and improved health-related quality of life, sleep quality, psychological flexibility, cognitive fusion, and confidence in the acute stroke patients, and the efficacy was maintained at 3-month follow-up.
