Summary: This manuscript presents a case of a 28-year-old Chinese woman diagnosed with ovarian Anastomosing Hemangioma (AH). The patient underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove the mass and the postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis. The patient recovered well with no recurrence or metastasis.

Summary: Adrenal hemangiomas are rare lesions that are often incidentally found during unrelated diagnostic work-up. This case report describes a 67-year-old male patient who presented with symptoms such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, anemia, arthralgia, joint swelling, and unexplained weight loss. Imaging studies revealed a 5.4 cm adrenal mass, but the patient did not show clinical manifestations of adrenal medullary or cortical hyperfunction. The patient underwent surgical resection to remove the mass.

Summary: Anastomosing hemangioma is a rare benign vascular lesion primarily affecting the genitourinary tract, but can also occur in other organs. It is often incidentally discovered and shares histological and imaging similarities with other tumors.

Summary: This study presents a comprehensive view of the cellular landscape of the human adrenal gland using single-cell RNA sequencing, revealing immune cells in abundance within the gland and highlighting sex-related diversity and gene expression discrepancies between the left and right adrenal glands.

Summary: An unenhanced CT-based radiomics model was developed to effectively differentiate adrenal lipid-poor adenomas. The diagnostic power of conventional unenhanced CT imaging features may be underestimated and further exploration is warranted.

Summary: The cortex of adrenal gland produces various hormones that play important roles in regulating blood pressure, metabolism, and glucose or electrolyte homeostasis. The medulla secretes catecholamines. Abnormal secretion of these hormones can lead to diseases such as Addison's disease, Cushing's syndrome, and congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia.

Summary: In this study, we present the imaging findings of a case of retroperitoneal anastomosing hemangioma. The observation of genitourinary tract related, well defined, hyperintensity or isointensity on T2WI, isointensity on DWI, and obvious progressive enhancement patterns likely to the vascular enhancement may consider the diagnosis of AH. This case report provides valuable information for the diagnosis and understanding of anastomosing hemangioma.

Summary: Salivary duct carcinoma (SDC) is a rare and aggressive cancer with potential for early metastasis. This case report describes successful surgical treatment of SDC metastasis from the parotid gland to the adrenal gland, suggesting that surgical resection of solitary metastatic lesions may provide survival benefits for patients with metastatic SDC.

Summary: This study analyzed the outcomes of robotic-assisted short-course stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for adrenal gland metastases (AGMs). The results showed that short-course SBRT is an effective and safe treatment modality for AGMs, with sporadic and manageable treatment-associated side effects. The study suggests that short-course SBRT can be a preferable and time-saving treatment option for AGMs if an adequate biologically effective dose can be safely applied.

Summary: Anastomosing hemangioma (AH) is a rare vascular neoplasm, commonly found in the kidneys, gonads, and retroperitoneal soft tissues. The molecular pathogenesis of AH is mainly driven by activating mutations of the GNA genes. AH typically presents as a solitary, well-circumscribed, hypervascular tumor with a favorable prognosis.

Summary: The presence of heterogeneous microscopic fat in adrenal nodules on chemical-shift MRI indicates a high likelihood of benignancy, particularly in patients without prior cancer. Additional imaging evaluation is not required for adrenal nodules with heterogeneous microscopic fat in the absence of prior cancer.
