About human tumor antigens to be used in immunotherapy

The choice of antigens to be used in cancer immunotherapy remains a crucial and difficult issue. This review highlights some properties of the different groups of human tumor antigens recognized by T lymphocytes, focusing oil parameters that should influence this choice, such as tumor specificity and level of antigen expression.
