Summary: Supplier evaluation is critical for apparel retailers in the global market, requiring consideration of both quantitative and qualitative aspects, as well as efficiency measurement. An integrated framework combining DEA, AHP, and TOPSIS techniques has been proposed to handle supplier selection and overall performance evaluation effectively. This approach emphasizes the importance of balancing efforts on important criteria for supplier success and the convenience of considering both quantitative and qualitative data for overall performance evaluation.

Summary: This study proposes an integration of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), spherical fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (SF-AHP), and spherical fuzzy weighted aggregated sum product assessment (SF-WASPAS) to identify a sustainable supplier for the steel manufacturing industry in Vietnam. The decision framework is demonstrated to be feasible and robust through sensitivity analysis and comparative results, which can assist industry executives in resolving the macrolevel supplier selection problem and managers in selecting and evaluating suppliers successfully in other industries.

Summary: The paper introduces a new hybrid fuzzy approach for evaluating the performance of educational units based on service quality, involving four stages: evaluation and gap analysis of students' expectations and perceptions, determination of weights for SERVQUAL dimensions, ranking of units using fuzzy TOPSIS method, and efficiency assessment using fuzzy DEA method. The approach improved the accuracy of performance evaluation for educational institutions in Iran.

Summary: The study evaluates the dynamic changes in China's maternal health status from 2004 to 2018, showing an overall improvement in maternal health care year by year, with the best performance from 2015 to 2018. Although the ranking values of various evaluation methods were slightly different, the overall trend was consistent.

Summary: This study developed a track evaluation model to assess the practical ability of crews during the navigation of a single ship. The model used sample information on a planar cloud chart and employed a track belt division method to address the problem of divergent track sampling clouds. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the model and its consistency with expert evaluation results based on subjective information.

Summary: This paper proposes an integrated approach to assess multi-attribute decision-making problems on hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) settings. The approach combines data envelopment analysis (DEA), full consistency method (FOCUM), and multi-attribute border approximation area comparison (MABAC) method. The practicality and utility of the approach are demonstrated through a case study on sustainable supplier selection for an auto-making company.

Summary: Selecting a proper set of projects is crucial for project-oriented organizations to achieve their goals. Sustainable development suggests considering financial and non-financial factors simultaneously for a sustainable and balanced project portfolio. The study uses Z-AHP and Z-DEA approaches to evaluate project efficiency, showing that the Z-AHP-DEA method can be used as a reliable approach for project ranking.

Summary: This study proposes a DEA model for supplier selection based on social sustainability, and the best supplier is determined by comparing the efficiency of different decision making units. The proposed methodology is validated in the fast food supply chains, and the best supplier is successfully selected. The research highlights the importance of considering social sustainability from the upstream of the supply chain.

Summary: This paper investigates the integration of intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) sets and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to maximize advantages. Quantitative differences between AHP weights and normalized defuzzified IF-AHP weights are illustrated, revealing qualitative and quantitative disparities between AHP and IF-AHP. The study identifies conditions and strategies for utilizing IF-AHP over AHP, with data experiments and case studies for validation.
