DGCR5-S inhibits TTP's anti-inflammatory activity by protecting it from PP2A-mediated dephosphorylation, thereby promoting tumor-promoting inflammation. Synthetic splice-switching oligonucleotides (SSOs) disrupt the splicing switch of DGCR5 and effectively suppress ESCC tumor growth.
