We report a general analysis of worldlines for theories with deformed relativistic symmetries and momentum dependence of the speed of photons. Our formalization is faithful to Einstein's program, with spacetime points viewed as an abstraction of physical events. The emerging picture imposes the renunciation of the idealization of absolutely coincident events, but is free from some pathologies which had been previously conjectured.

Coisotropic Lie bialgebras and complementary dual Poisson homogeneous spaces

Angel Ballesteros, Ivan Gutierrez-Sagredo, Flavio Mercati

Summary: This study explores the concept of quantum homogeneous spaces and their relation to Poisson homogeneous spaces. By utilizing Lie bialgebra duality and complementary dual homogeneous spaces, a richer duality framework between the original space and its complementary dual space is established. The physical implications of these notions are further examined in the context of Minkowski or (anti-) de Sitter Poisson homogeneous spacetimes, demonstrating the existence of uncertainty relations between noncommutative spacetime coordinates. Despite the lack of G*-invariant metrics, the geometry of these dual spaces can be effectively described through the use of K-structures.

Phenomenology of curvature-induced quantum-gravity effects

Giovanni Amelino-Camelia, Giacomo Rosati, Suzana Bedic

Summary: Recent studies have suggested that curvature-induced quantum gravity effects may be necessary for novel relativistic properties to emerge. The smallness of curvature does not pose a challenge for phenomenology due to the large distances travelled by particles. Current data provides more support for curvature-induced effects compared to previously studied curvature-independent effects.

Covariant four dimensional differential calculus in κ-Minkowski

Giacomo Rosati

Summary: It is generally believed that the four-dimensional calculus lacks covariance under kappa-Poincare relativistic symmetries in kappa-Minkowski spacetime. However, revisiting the argument against covariance reveals that it depends on an incomplete characterization of Lorentz transformations, neglecting the noncommutativity of the Lorentz transformation parameters. After revising the notion of covariance to accommodate the full infinitesimal Lorentz transformation, the four-dimensional calculus is found to be fully Lorentz covariant, extending naturally to the kappa-Poincare algebra of transformations.

Quantum Riemannian geometry of quantum projective spaces

Marco Matassa

Summary: We study the quantum Riemannian geometry of quantum projective spaces of any dimension. In particular, we compute the Riemann and Ricci tensors using previously introduced quantum metrics and quantum Levi-Civita connections. We derive various consequences and establish a quantum analogue of the Einstein condition.

Traversing through a black hole singularity

Flavio Mercati, David Sloan

Summary: We demonstrate that the Kantowski-Sachs model can be generalized to accommodate spatial metrics of different orientations, and through a variable redefinition, the equations of motion can be regularized at the singularity. This system will cross the singularity in a deterministic manner (conserving information) and evolve into a time-reversed and orientation-flipped Schwarzschild white hole interior.

κ-deformed complex fields and discrete symmetries

Michele Arzano, Andrea Bevilacqua, Jerzy Kowalski-Glikman, Giacomo Rosati, Josua Unger

Summary: In this work, a construction of kappa-deformed complex scalar field theory is presented to investigate the impact of deformation on discrete symmetries and CPT invariance. The study reveals that particles and antiparticles are characterized by different mass-shell constraints, leading to a subtle departure from CPT invariance. The remaining part of the work focuses on the detailed description of the action of deformed Poincare and discrete symmetries on the complex field.
