Accurate theoretical predictions including leading QED corrections for 2(2)P(1/ 2)- 2(2)S(1/2) (D-1) and 2(2)P(3/2)-2 S-2(1/2) (D-2) transition energies have been obtained for (6),Li-7 isotopes. Our results for the Bethe logarithms ln k(0)(2(2)S) = 5.178 169 (4), and for mass polarization corrections Delta ln k(0)(2 S-2) =0.11381(3) are in disagreement with ones obtained recently in the literature. In contrast, results ln k(0)(2(2)P) =5.17981 (7) and Delta ln k(0)(2 P-2) = 0.1113(5) are in good agreement with them. From our theoretical predictions and recent measurements of Li-6,Li-7 D lines at NIST, we determine the mean-square charge radius difference between Li-7 and Li-6 nuclei, in agreement with determinations based on the (S)w(1/2)- 2(2)S(1/2) transition, which demonstrates consistency of atomic spectroscopy determination of fundamental properties of nuclei.
