A new generalized fifth-order nonlinear integrable equation is examined. The Hereman-Nuseir method is used to derive the conditions for the cases of complete integrability of this equation. Multiple soliton solutions are formally derived cases of integrability. The resonance phenomenon of each integrable equation is investigated.
