This paper reviews and summarizes the expression differences of miR-20a-5p in cancer, the changes of miR-20a-5p networks, and the mechanism by which it regulates downstream gene expression. Based on these findings, miR-20a-5p is believed to be a promising and effective marker for cancer diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
