Summary: According to our numerical investigation, as few as 4 particles in the case of short-range interactions and as few as 3 particles for long-range interactions are required for the onset of strong chaos in quantum systems on a one-dimensional lattice. The robust signatures of quantum chaos emerge without any apparent dependence on the size of the system, for multiple system sizes which are at least three times larger than the number of particles.

Summary: This study aimed to determine the proportion of patients who were not able to return to their pre-admission residence after emergency laparotomy. The results showed that nearly all patients were able to return to their pre-admission residence at 90 and 365 days, with only a small proportion requiring dependent care.

Summary: The microbiome has attracted increasing attention in academic journals and newspapers from 2008 to 2018. News stories in general and business newspapers tend to focus more on research findings, particularly observational studies in humans, while environmental studies receive less coverage compared to PubMed.

Summary: This article explores the various 'turns' in peacebuilding scholarship over the past two decades and questions their impact on peacebuilding practice, whether intentional or unintentional. It examines the characteristics of academia under late capitalism that contribute to these shifts, and asks whether practitioners of peacebuilding can understand and are willing to listen to these changes. The article argues that scholars and practitioners are engaged in a 'dialogue of the deaf', suggesting that unless this is transformed, conflict-affected societies will not benefit from the intellectual debates in academia.

Summary: The study aimed to identify the minimum number of word tokens required to obtain a reliable measure of connected speech (CS), with results suggesting a word count of at least 75 is necessary. For specific measures such as Phonological Mean Length of Utterance (pMLU) and substitutions and distortions, a word count of 100 is recommended.

Summary: This article discusses the calculation of error rate of speaker verifier, emphasizing the importance of Bayes error rate to users. It demonstrates how to calculate the error rate obtained by Bayes decisions through a tutorial, showing the impact of EER and prior probabilities on the Bayes error rate.

Summary: This case report describes a 58-year-old woman who experienced an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest due to ventricular fibrillation. No coronary lesions were found, but echocardiogram showed myxomatous mitral valve prolapse (MVP). Cardiac magnetic resonance revealed mitral annular disjunction and late gadolinium enhancement in the inferior wall. A defibrillator was implanted for arrhythmic risk stratification of MVP. Multimodality imaging is crucial for identifying underlying diseases in cardiac arrests of unknown cause.

Summary: In an essay proposal, the approach is divided into two moments. The first moment discusses the author's method of writing and argumentation, focusing on the concept of invention in the author's titles. The second moment explores Durval's readings on masculinity, aiming to understand the impact of his work on Brazilian historiography. The argument is based on the continuity between these two movements and how Durval's texts are influenced by his inventive-metaphorical method and Brazilian historiography.
