Summary: Sensorless freehand 3D ultrasound reconstruction based on deep networks has advantages of large field of view, high resolution, low cost, and ease of use. However, existing methods are limited in handling complex but routine scan sequences in clinics. Therefore, we propose a novel online learning framework for freehand 3D US reconstruction under complex scan strategies with diverse scanning velocities and poses.

The combination of mpMRI-TRUS fusion imaging and mpUS increases the diagnostic value for csPCa, aiding in the guidance of subsequent treatment.

The Canadian Association of Radiologists established a Prostate MRI Working Group to produce a white paper providing recommendations for establishing and maintaining a Prostate MRI Programme in the Canadian healthcare system. The recommendations aim to maintain quality in image acquisition, interpretation, reporting, and targeted biopsy to ensure optimal patient care. The white paper covers technique, reporting, quality assurance, and targeted biopsy considerations, and provides suggested reporting templates, quality assessment tools, and sample image acquisition protocols for the Canadian healthcare context.
