Summary: To obtain a faculty position, postdoctoral fellows face challenges in receiving thorough feedback on their job applications. To address this issue, an international peer-reviewing program was established to provide postdocs across different disciplines with reciprocal feedback on faculty applications. The program, which has attracted individuals who struggled with finding mentoring and those from underrepresented populations, has been highly recommended by participants. Since 2018, the program has supported nearly 150 early career academics and continues to offer a diverse and supportive community during the faculty job search.
