Summary: The study focused on combining virological and pathological findings in birds infected with USUV, revealing splenomegaly and hepatomegaly as common symptoms, with histopathological lesions including necrosis and lymphohistiocytic inflammation. immunohistochemistry showed USUV antigen positive cells in various organs, and analysis of viral genome identified the virus lineage as Europe 3 or Africa 2. Additionally, the study investigated the detection of dsRNA as an alternative tool for viral intermediate detection, with two animals showing a positive signal for dsRNA in liver and spleen.

Summary: Plastic's widespread use is coming to an end, and the global ban on plastic is bringing significant changes in technology and societal perception. This study investigated consumer acceptance of the ban in different countries and analyzed the readiness of society to change attitudes towards plastic food packaging. The results showed that appropriate legal measures to reduce plastic use are already in place in all surveyed countries, and consumers understand and support the need to prevent plastic waste.
