Summary: This paper discusses the contributions to the cosmological constant and how they vanish in perturbation theory, introducing a new interaction in path integral treatment to reduce the sensitivity of the cosmological constant to high-energy cutoffs. However, this does not solve the cosmological constant problem, and challenges some common motivations for supersymmetry and results of the asymptotic safety program.

Summary: Digital health data are multimodal and high-dimensional, enabling a multitude of signals to characterize a patient's health state. While AI models show promise in diagnosis, prognosis, and tracking, challenges such as unpredictable performance after deployment exist, partly due to the high-dimensional nature of the data.

Summary: With the globalization of information and internetization, the phenomenon of information overload and the emergence of large amounts of data have led to the development of data mining and clustering technology. However, traditional classification methods are not suitable for fuzzy classification problems, leading to the rise of fuzzy clustering technology. This paper applies the biclustering method to China's economic zoning research for the first time, studying and predicting the economic region division plan and growth model for each province, and comparing the results with traditional methods.

Summary: Stallion infertility is a significant issue in the horse industry, and recent research has found that seminal microflora may play a role in sperm quality. This study identified correlations between the presence of certain bacteria families and sperm motility parameters, providing new insights for infertility treatment.

Summary: This paper presents a mechanism for adaptive cutoffs to address the issue of blockchain congestion in smart-contracts. Additionally, disputable cutoffs are introduced as a more efficient approach. Empirical evidence demonstrates that an adaptive-cutoff/disputable-cutoff-enabled smart-contract can receive more critical transactions when user responsiveness is slowed.

Summary: Information and communication technologies (ICTs) development in China has a positive impact on economic growth, but innovation in natural resource development and energy demands is often overlooked. However, the analysis of time-series data from 30 Chinese provinces confirms that the development of ICT somewhat alleviates the resource curse, especially in regions with abundant natural resources. The increased energy demands and CO2 emissions due to computing, telephone, cellular connections, and technological collaboration incentives need to be addressed through technologically driven natural resource expansion to develop sustainable strategies in the long term.

Summary: This study reevaluated the relationship between PFASs and PFOA and abnormal ALT. It found that the use of predictive cutoff values increases the rate of abnormal ALT results in obese and non-obese participants. Obesity increases the rate of abnormal ALT, but it is relevant to all weight classes.

Summary: This study examines the effects of the Chad-Cameroon Petroleum Development and Pipeline Project on Chad's oil production and export. The project received financial support from the World Bank with strict restrictions to avoid the resource curse. The findings suggest that oil production had negative impacts on governance, increased GDP per capita, but had limited effects on development outcomes such as infant mortality and health spending.

Summary: Based on an economic model and empirical analysis using panel data from 30 provinces in China, this study finds that the resource curse exists in China and is rooted in resource dependence. Increased dependence on resource industries in a region can improve the economic situation of its surrounding regions, and the spatial spillover effect demonstrates obvious nearby features.

Summary: The aim of this research is to find the optimal level of resource dependence that will eliminate the possibility of natural resource curse in 28 countries. The study explores the relationship between natural resource dependence, economic growth, and sustainable development. The findings show that current resource dependence level is not a barrier to economic growth in most countries, but it does hinder sustainable development. Additionally, increased trade openness promotes economic growth while harming sustainable development.
