Wind energy sources have grown up from distributed units to large-scale bases which bring a considerable negative impact on power systems. They have taken a significant part in the generation and disturbed the balance between the supply and the load. A system operator has to treat wind power as the stochastic negative loads at times. In essence it is the selective ignorance of the problem. There are rarely proposals of market operations to guide, constrain, and evaluate them efficiently. In this paper, wind energy is integrated into the market where the sources are required to submit the offers of energy and compete with other participants. It is partitioned into base and stochastic parts according to the interval power forecasting. The two parts can be traded in day-ahead and real-time market, respectively, with the support of the storage system. According to the design, the wind energy sources can be well rewarded by the market, and other participants including the agent and the battery energy storage system also benefit from the trading. The simulation has confirmed the feasibility and practicability of the operation. Published by AIP Publishing.
