Summary: This study aims to assess the occurrence of medical emergencies in Italian dentists, their confidence level in managing these emergencies, their educational needs, and to plan appropriate training for them. The results show that most dentists have encountered at least one medical emergency, with the most common being vasovagal syndrome. While dentists were confident in treating vasovagal syndrome, they lacked preparedness in managing myocardial infarction, transient ischemic attack, and stroke. Overall, dentists need continuous training to be prepared for medical emergencies.

Summary: This study aimed to assess the KAP level of MTM among pharmacists at CHCs in Indonesia and investigate the barriers and facilitators of MTM provision in the future. Results showed that most pharmacists had high knowledge level, but only half had positive attitudes and practices toward MTM. Factors such as gender, practice settings, years of practice, and experience in MTM services were associated with the KAP level. Pharmacists perceived barriers like lack of interprofessional collaboration and patient compliance, and facilitators like chronic disease conditions and current practices.

Summary: Despite general interest in the topic, a survey in Italy found that most physicians prescribing opioids felt inadequately educated about opioid-induced constipation (OIC). The study revealed differences in clinical practices across physician specialties, with a preference for macrogol prophylaxis and treatment of OIC symptoms. However, the use of peripheral-acting mu opioid receptor antagonists (PAMORAs) was limited among physicians surveyed.

Summary: This study investigates the ecological solutions of intercropping and bio-fertilizer application for crop yield stability and quality. The results show that intercropping enhances the accumulation of antioxidants and essential elements in grains, while reducing the concentration of potentially toxic elements. Additionally, the bio-fertilizer increases the concentration of certain micro-elements in grains, classifying millet as highly dependent on microbial inoculation.

Summary: Hospital at Home (H@H) is a method of healthcare delivery that provides hospital-level interventions in the patient's residence, offering an alternative to hospital admission. However, there is limited evidence supporting the delivery of medication management within the H@H model. This study aims to describe how medication management is conceptualized in H@H, identify key components of medication management, and explore the implementation variability within H@H models.
