Carbon-nitrogen bond activation of amines by rhodium(III) porphyrin complexes

Carbon-nitrogen bond activation of amines by rhodium porphyrin chloride has been achieved to give rhodium porphyrin alkyl complexes. Rhodium porphyrin hydride and rhodium porphyrin dimer were proposed as the intermediates in cleaving the C-N bond. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
