Summary: Sexual workplace violence is a worldwide issue, and this study aimed to investigate its prevalence, associated factors, and consequences among healthcare workers in Saudi Arabia. The findings showed a low prevalence of sexual violence, but it remains a risk to healthcare workers, especially those working night shifts and having direct physical contact with patients. Therefore, more support, specific strategies, and policies are needed to reduce its occurrence and protect healthcare workers.

Summary: This study aims to investigate high school students' disclosure of sexual harassment and abuse (SHA), and their awareness of reporting systems and support mechanisms in school. The results show that 11.4% and 34.0% of adolescents are aware of reporting systems and support mechanisms, respectively. Almost all leaders and half of the coaches are aware of these resources. Among adolescents with SHA experiences, 20.1% have disclosed their experiences to someone. Girls disclose more frequently than boys. Elite and recreational athletes disclose less often compared to reference students. The results highlight the need for institutional efforts to improve information about available report- and support resources and increase their relevance for adolescents.

The results show a high prevalence of sexual harassment among female physicians, particularly during training. Moderate to large correlations were found between harassment experiences with colleagues, patients, and their families. While sexual harassment was not significantly related to burnout, interventions are suggested to create a safer medical workplace.
