This study aims to investigate whether watching a video containing compassionate statements from an oncologist can reduce anxiety levels among patients referred to a cancer center. The randomised controlled trial will compare anxiety levels between patients who watch a standard introduction video and those who watch an enhanced compassion video prior to their initial oncology consultation.
