Summary: A green HPLC technique using a 23 factorial design model was developed for the simultaneous determination of aspirin (ASP) and clopidogrel (CLP) in tablets. The method involved a C18 analytical column, a mobile phase consisting of ethanol and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, adjusted to pH 6 with o-phosphoric acid. The drugs were detected at 230 nm with a flow rate of 1 mL/min. The method was validated and found to be environmentally friendly based on various assessment tools.

Summary: Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) hyphenated to tandem mass spectrometric methods using the dimethylpentafluorophenylpropyl stationary phase with polar and nonpolar characteristics of a 2-mu m fused-core silica particle packing were evaluated for efficient separation of donepezil in human plasma. Two UHPLC-MS/MS approaches requiring 1.2 min per sample run time were applied and compared for determination of donepezil in human plasma at sub-nanograms per milliliter region. The methods showed good performance in terms of accuracy and precision.

Summary: This study demonstrated the pharmacokinetic equivalence of HD204 compared to US-sourced and EU-sourced bevacizumab, with all PK parameters falling within the predefined equivalence margin of 80% to 125%. The results support the comparable PK properties of all three treatment groups, including AUC(0-inf), AUC(0-last), and C-max ratios.

Summary: A new ultrahigh-performance supercritical fluid chromatography (UHPSFC) method was developed to solve the difficult separation problem of various biogenic amines (BAs) in gentamicin. The method achieved complete separation of 10 BAs using dansyl chloride derivatization and UHPSFC system. It demonstrated high sensitivity and accuracy, and met the quantification limits required for impurity determination.
