Summary: DL-AC(mu) method outperforms DL-AC and Chang-AC methods in Tc-99m-TRODAT-1 brain SPECT, with better correction accuracy. Scanner-specific training is superior to cross-scanner and ensemble training. DL-based AC methods are feasible and robust for Tc-99m-TRODAT-1 brain SPECT.

Summary: This study aimed to evaluate different quantitative indexes of striatum dopamine transporter density in healthy subjects and patients with Parkinson's disease (PD). The results showed that the binding potential index (BPI) had higher sensitivity and specificity in differentiating PD and healthy subjects, while the asymmetry index (AI) and putamen/caudate ratio (P/C) had lower performance and reliability. Caution should be exercised when using AI and P/C.

Summary: Tc-99m-MIBI SPECT/CT parathyroid imaging has good sensitivity and high specificity in accurately locating hyperparathyroidism. The accuracy of localization is positively correlated with lesion weight and parathyroid hormone levels. Lightweight lesions are the main source of false-negative results in Tc-99m-MIBI SPECT/CT parathyroid imaging.

Summary: The distribution of Tc-99m-MAA within the tumor is associated with occult nodal metastasis and lymphovascular invasion, as well as predicting recurrence-free survival in NSCLC patients. Absence of Tc-99m-MAA accumulation within the tumor is an independent risk factor for nodal metastasis and a poor prognostic factor in clinically N0 NSCLC patients.

Summary: Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is highly expressed in cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and has become a promising target for tumor therapy. Two isocyanide-containing FAP inhibitors were synthesized, radiolabeled, and showed good stability and specificity to FAP. These inhibitors demonstrated high target affinity and promising tumor imaging potential in preclinical studies.

Summary: This study assessed the rate of striatal dopamine transporter (DAT) loss in healthy Taiwanese adults using Tc-99m-TRODAT-1, and found that age had a significant negative effect on striatal DAT. Ethnic variations may not greatly affect the age-related decline in DAT. These findings are important for estimating DAT loss/occupancy in patients with DAT-related diseases.

Summary: This review examines the role of guilt in the development of prolonged grief disorder (PGD) in bereaved individuals, using an integrative approach combining developmental psychology and neurophysiology. While the literature extensively mentions guilt and grief, there is limited understanding of the mechanisms linking guilt and PGD. This study suggests that targeting guilt may be a promising approach for the treatment of PGD, including considering the positive and prosocial aspects of guilt.
