Summary: The review found that there are a variety of tools for assessing food safety culture, with questionnaires being the main method used. Most tools only assess the visible aspects of culture rather than delving into deeper layers. The main recommendation for improving food safety culture is to focus on people by developing specific training programs.

Summary: The complexity and privacy issues of social science research data make research data management (RDM) a crucial skill for future researchers. However, current data management training does not fully meet the needs of social science graduate students. This study investigates the awareness, preparation, confidence, and challenges of RDM among social science graduate students using a mixed methods approach. The findings highlight the importance of covering topics such as data documentation, organization, data analysis software, and data preservation and security in RDM training for social science graduate students. Understanding the backgrounds of the students taking the training is also essential for designing student-centered instruction.

Summary: The systematic review found that conversational agents have moderate usability and feasibility in promoting physical activity, and those evaluated through randomized controlled trials were effective. Common challenges included repetitive program content, high attrition, technical issues, and safety and privacy concerns. Reasearch lacks on long-term intervention effectiveness and patient safety, suggesting future interventions should address these issues.

Summary: This study systematically reviews empirical papers on empathy training programs in various service domains and finds that such programs can effectively improve service quality, service employees' well-being, and service users' satisfaction. The study identifies four main empathic competencies developed through the training programs: communication, relationship building, emotional resilience, and counseling skills. However, the current focus of research is limited to healthcare services, with a need for more studies in other sectors.
