Summary: In this study, an extended ELECTRE III method based on regret theory and Borda rule under a probabilistic interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets (PIVHFSs) environment is proposed. The method can accurately depict uncertain decision information by considering the regret psychology of the decision makers and subordinate ranking orders.

Summary: Circular supply chain management (CSCM) integrates circular thinking into supply chain management to promote sustainability. This paper proposes a novel two-phase group decision-making approach, combining PF-AHP and MARCOS-G models, to select railway material suppliers within the circular economy perspective. The results show that MARCOS-G consistently ranks A4 as the top supplier in all 50 scenarios, providing a reliable method for supplier selection in CSCM.

Summary: This paper investigates the integration of intuitionistic fuzzy (IF) sets and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to maximize advantages. Quantitative differences between AHP weights and normalized defuzzified IF-AHP weights are illustrated, revealing qualitative and quantitative disparities between AHP and IF-AHP. The study identifies conditions and strategies for utilizing IF-AHP over AHP, with data experiments and case studies for validation.

Summary: Supplier selection is crucial in the mining sector, impacting various aspects like inventory management, production planning, maintenance scheduling, financial resources, and environment. Decision-makers should consider conflicting criteria and choose a suitable Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) approach. A combination of powerful MCDM methods is used to select the most suitable supplier, with a case study showing quality criterion as the most crucial aspect.

Summary: This paper proposes a Fermatean fuzzy ELECTRE method for solving multicriteria group decision-making problems with unknown weights of decision makers and incomplete weights of criteria. The paper introduces a new distance measure and defines the cross entropy for Fermatean fuzzy sets. Optimization models are constructed to obtain ideal decision-making information and calculate the credibility degree of each decision maker. The weights of criteria are determined using grey relational analysis. Experimental results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Summary: This study aims to investigate the sustainable campus criteria and the necessary changes for becoming an ecologically sustainable campus. The research assesses the sustainable campus design principles and indicators using Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making methods at Istanbul Gelisim University. Model-based methods are used to evaluate the sustainable campus performance, which sets this study apart from others in the literature. Three different Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision-Making methods, Fuzzy-AHP, Fuzzy-TOPSIS, and Fuzzy-ELECTRE, are used, and a common solution is obtained by combining their results.
