Summary: Complaints about uncertainty and instability in everyday life are often voiced by mainstream Albanian society, but a small group of local social entrepreneurs are working to challenge this prevalent mindset. They believe that mobilizing and transforming the passive mindset of the majority of Albanians is crucial for their own economic success and the overall well-being of the country. This paper explores the concept of mindset and its relation to entrepreneurial subjectivities, tactics, and plans. These local entrepreneurs aim to revitalize traditional moral norms, such as responsibility, by utilizing existing processes like remittances that have played a significant role in the country's history and economy. Through their entrepreneurial endeavors, this small group of individuals aims to bring back and transmit specific, once important, ethical and moral values to ensure a better future for all. Both entrepreneurship and remittances are important drivers of economic and social enrichment and general prosperity in Albania today and in the future.
