Summary: Endometritis is a common reproductive disease in domestic animals caused by Gram-negative bacterial infection, where the ISGylation modification system can regulate the inflammatory response by modulating the TLR4/NF-kappa B signaling pathway. Experimental evidence shows that ISG15 can inhibit LPS-induced inflammatory response through ISGylation.

Summary: Myeloid neoplasms such as AML, MPNs, and MDS involve clonal dominance and remodeling of bone marrow niche leading to malignant hematopoiesis. Inflammatory signaling hyperactivation and cytokine overproduction play critical roles, with cytokines like TNF potentially contributing to malignant clonal dominance. Targeting cytokine-mediated signaling may be a promising therapeutic strategy.

Summary: The study investigates the regulatory role of miR-24-3p and TRAF6 in the innate immune response of endometritis. Overexpression of miR-24-3p can suppress the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and deactivation of the NF-kappa B/MAPK pathway, thereby attenuating endometrial inflammation and expression of pro-inflammatory mediators.

Summary: Cellular senescence is a state of irreversible cell growth arrest that triggers the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, known as SASP. Oridonin has been identified as a potential inhibitor of SASP, potentially through modulation of the NF-kappa B and p38 pathways.

Summary: Microglial cell function and inflammation are regulated by the activation of Piezo1 channel. This study found that the activation of Piezo1 channel can inhibit the pro-inflammatory activation and production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in microglial cells by initiating intracellular Ca2+ signaling to inhibit the NF-kappa B inflammatory signaling pathway.

Summary: This review discusses the impact and role of the NF-kappa B pathway on the development and progression of various endometrial diseases. NF-kappa B modulates immune responses in endometritis, endometrosis, endometriosis, and endometrial carcinoma, leading to changes in cell migration, proliferation, and inflammation intensity. The dysregulation of the immune system involving NF-kappa B-induced chemokine and cytokine production contributes to the pathogenesis of these diseases. Additionally, the influence of estrogen and progesterone cannot be overlooked in the regulation of endometrial diseases.

Summary: This study found that the loss of SPTBN1 in HCC cells leads to an increase in pro-inflammatory cytokines, further affecting the activation of the NF-kappa B pathway, promoting the formation and development of liver cancer. The loss of SPTBN1 can affect the inflammatory response and tumor development of HCC cells by regulating the SOCS1/p65 pathway.

Summary: The methanolic extract from Vitex trifolia L. leaves demonstrated significant anti-inflammatory effects in a rat model of inflammation, reducing edema and leukocyte infiltration. It also lowered the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increased the concentration of anti-inflammatory cytokines. Additionally, the extract inhibited the nuclear translocation of NF-Kappa B, indicating its potential role in down-regulating the inflammatory signaling pathway.

Summary: In this study, the ameliorative effects of Methyl p-coumarate (MH) on airway inflammation in an experimental model of allergic asthma were evaluated. The results showed that MH exerted anti-inflammatory activity by suppressing the secretion of inflammatory cytokines, inhibiting cell adhesion, and reducing lung inflammation in mice. The findings suggest that MH has the potential to be used as an adjuvant in asthma therapy.

Summary: This study reveals the importance of TREM1 and USF2 in endometritis. TREM1 regulates inflammation by binding to TLR2/4 and modulating the NF-kappa B signaling pathway. USF2 promotes the development of endometritis by upregulating TREM1 expression.
