NiFe2O4 and ZnO compounds with different content rates were fabricated. Ni ferrite and ZnO particles used to synthesis samples were prepared through co-precipitation method and wet chemical method, respectively. The XRD and VSM results showed that Fe and Zn ions mutual penetrated to other side which caused the XRD peak to shift and an increase of saturation magnetization. The calculated frequency dependence spectrum of the reflection loss showed an enhancement of optimum reflection loss value (-20 dB at 5.5 GHz) and absorption frequency range (less than -10 dB from about 3.6 to 10.5 GHz) in the 70% NiFe2O4 content rate sample. The enhancement may be caused by the interfacial effect between NiFe2O4 and ZnO particles.
