海报摘要

In the presented work, the catalytic properties of NiSn systems have been studied. It has been shown that the use of tin as a modifier makes it possible to achieve the highest selectivity for toluene (close to 100%) while maintaining a high conversion of MCH. The initial Ni-SiO2 system (Ni100) was synthesized by heterophase sol-gel technique and modified with tin. The catalytic properties of the reduced Sn/Ni-SiO2 systems were studied using a continuous flow reactor. The conversion of methylcyclohexane and toluene selectivity were evaluated by gas chromatography. As a result of the experiments, the composition of the catalyst (Ni:Sn 80:20 wt%) and the reduction temperature (500 °C) were optimized. The structure of the initial and reduced M/Ni-SiO2 (Me: Cu, Zn and Sn) catalytic systems was investigated by a complex of physicochemical methods (XRF, XRF in situ, XPS, chemisorption of CO, H2-TPR, TEM, toluene TPD, etc.).
