海报摘要

While single photon imaging has become crucial in many areas, applications are still limited to the visible region of the spectrum where detector noise performance is favorable. We present a full-field, holographic imaging system capable of imaging at the single-photon level in the shortwave infrared, despite the camera having a noise floor ≈200 times higher. We believe our demonstration will extend the range of applications of low-light imaging to other challenging detection regimes benefiting biological, medical, and covert imaging.
