海报摘要

The experiment was carried out on the territory of the oil depot with using the biological product based on aboriginal hydrocarbon-oxidizing microorganisms isolated from permafrost soils. As a result of works on biological remediation during in 2.5 months the incubation of the biological product, along with a decrease in the residual oil content, the composition of the pollution also changed towards an increase in the content of resinous-asphaltene components and a decrease in hydrocarbons. In the chemical structure of soil extracts, the content of oxygen-containing groups and bonds has significantly increased. In composition of alkane hydrocarbons, a redistribution was detected both within homologous series and between different series of homologues. The results obtained indicate changes in the composition of pollution during soil treatment, caused by the processes of biodegradation of oil hydrocarbons.
