海报摘要

In this work, wires of Al-Li alloys with the chemical composition of AA2060 have been obtained for additive manufacturing. For this purpose, powder metallurgy (PM) techniques have been employed, starting from elemental and master alloys powders. Wire production is divided into two stages. In the first stage, the powders are mixed and uniaxial cold pressed to obtain 16 mm diameter preforms, followed by the second stage of extrusion. In order to optimize the extrusion process, a heat treatment was carried out at 500 degrees to explore the influence of the diffusion phenomena on the homogenization and properties of extruded wires. The wire was deposited by additive manufacturing technique. The rods and single-tracks obtained were characterized.
