I noticed that the quality of journal papers is not high, but the efficiency is really low, it's really slow! I submitted to KSCE on New Year's Day in 2022 and got rejected. The editor asked me to transfer to another journal. They said they would confirm the transfer result within 48 hours, but then I didn't receive any response. During this time, I sent a reminder letter once, but received no reply.
