The speed of manuscript review varies. The first paper took 12 months for two major revisions and was still rejected, while the second paper took 9 months for the first review and major revision, but fortunately, it was directly accepted after the second review. The reviewers were very meticulous and raised very professional questions, requiring the authors to have a strong background in emotional computing.
