The rejection email was a template rejection and did not provide specific reasons. Searching major websites for reasons behind MDPI rejections, it mentioned issues with email addresses. It is strictly prohibited to use 163 and QQ email addresses; it must be an official certified email from a school or research institute. I used a 163 email address, so I'm not sure if that was one of the reasons for the rejection. Additionally, I saw others mentioning that submitting to a specialized column might be better, as it would be assigned to editors and reviewers who are more familiar with the topic. Apart from that, there is a high possibility that the editor did not find my innovation and English writing appealing. Overall, the process was quite fast, and I hope this can help everyone. Next, I will carefully revise and improve my formatting and writing template, and try resubmitting once again.
