The speed is incredibly slow. It was submitted in November of the 22nd year, and has been urged twice. The review comments were given in May, and then it stayed in the editor's hands for more than two months before being sent for review. I'm also frustrated. If you are in a hurry to graduate, don't submit it. The cost-effectiveness is really low...
