The relative expertise of this is relatively narrow. The review process is extremely slow. Submitted in May 2022, reminded in October 2021. The editor has been saying that it is under review. In February 2022, minor revisions were suggested for the review. After revising, it took one month. The editorial department notified that it is not within the scope. It's really frustrating... It has been a total of 10 months... and then they notified that it's not within the scope.
