The submission has been more than 10 days, why does it still show "with editor" status?

Submitted on January 28th, after two weeks, the article received extensive revisions with over thirty suggestions from two experts.
The revisions were completed and uploaded on March 1st and were accepted on March 3rd.
This is the fastest journal I have submitted to so far, both the editor and the experts were prompt and efficient.

The magazine has high language requirements. This is my first toxicology experiment article. It was submitted in early August 2020 and remained in the "with editor" status for a month, then under review for two months. Finally, in early November, it received major revision suggestions. I decided to submit to this journal originally because the website of the Journal claimed to have fast response times for feedback, but I didn't expect it to take this long. However, the expert's suggestions were very good, and I feel like I have made progress.
