To be honest, I won an article in 2012. At that time, the review process was quite fast, taking about 3-4 months even though I submitted it after 1 AM. The impression was good. Last year, I submitted again and couldn't help but complain. I submitted in early 2019, but the editor-in-chief kept delaying. It took 4 months to find a reviewer, during which the emails were not replied to and the manuscript was not processed. When it came back with revisions, I waited for a month and there was no change in the status. I advise everyone that if you come across this unlucky editor-in-chief of ITALI, don't expect your graduation article to be published. The efficiency is extremely low, but this only applies to this editor-in-chief.
