More than a month has passed, and it is still under external review. It's really ridiculous that a journal, which is clearly trying to raise money, is taking so long. It's unbelievable.

The layout fee is extremely high, ranging from $4000 to $5000 or even higher. Please reconsider submitting articles to this journal if the quality is poor.

My boss is a civil engineer, and he unexpectedly received a serious review invitation from this journal, regarding "RNA cells...". My boss declined the review. This journal has no bottom line and is purely a tool for making money. The "field of study," "acceptance status," and "review speed" mentioned above are all nonsense, mandatory options. I am in the field of civil engineering, and I am purely shocked by this journal's review invitation. I hope everyone does not waste their money on this journal.
