The reviewers of the Journal of Essential Oil Research have provided detailed comments (even pointing out issues with my punctuation, perhaps I happened to encounter a strict reviewer). The biggest problem is the slow review process and the slow feedback after revision! The online publication speed is acceptable. Currently, the acceptance rate for the journal's introduction articles is only 13%, and there are many submissions, which is what makes it unique!
